These terms govern your use of EveryOrchard (everyorchard.com). By using the site you agree to them.
Informational use only — important
EveryOrchard provides horticultural information compiled from university-extension and government sources, including chill hours, hardiness zones, pollination guidance, and care timing. This information is general and informational and is not a substitute for advice from your local Cooperative Extension or a qualified professional. Growing conditions vary by site; outcomes depend on factors we cannot observe.
Any timing guidance related to sprays states timing windows only. We do not recommend any chemical, product, or dose. For product selection and application rates, consult your local Cooperative Extension and always read and follow the product label.
The paid subscription
The paid plan (“My Orchard”) is $29 per year, billed annually through Stripe. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel; you can cancel any time from the billing portal and retain access through the end of the paid period.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day full refund. If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of a charge, request a refund from the billing portal or by contacting us and we’ll refund it in full.
Your account and data
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. You can export or delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EveryOrchard is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for plant loss, crop failure, or damages arising from reliance on the information provided.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date.
